1. Short title and commencement :
1.1 This Act may be called as the “Technical Education and Vocational Training Council Act, 2045(1989)”.
1.2 This Act shall come into force on such a date as the Government of Nepal may appoint by publishing a Notification in the Nepal Gazette.
